Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as name, email address and password credentials, plus the journal content, entries, moods and optional Spotify URLs you choose to add.

We use this information to create your account, authenticate access, store journals, provide sharing links, show mood summaries and send account-related emails.

Your journals are private unless you generate and share a read-only link. Anyone with that link may view the shared journal until the link is regenerated or access changes.

Sage Journal may use infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage and transactional email. Spotify embeds are loaded only when you add a Spotify URL to an entry.
